Plantation Mobile Locksmith keeps the details you give us for one purpose: to quote, do and bill your lock job — they are never sold or used for ads. The owner of Plantation Mobile Locksmith LLC has read and approved this policy.
Information we receive
- Calls and texts: the number you're calling from and the job details you describe.
- When you use the form: name, phone, neighborhood, ZIP, the job, your message, a photo if you add one, and how you heard about us if you choose to say.
- When we do the work: the job address, your name, what was done and the invoice.
- When you browse this site: visit counts that don't identify you, counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics without any cookie on your device. We don't use advertising cookies either.
Why we use it
To give you a price, get to you, do the work, bill it and answer questions afterward. Form messages reach us by email through a form-delivery service.
Who else may see it
Only the company that processes a card payment, or a public authority when the law requires it. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Invoices are kept for the period tax rules set. Form messages and the photos attached to them are deleted after 12 months.
